The man that is the subject of this rhyme, 

Is a man who helped others all the time, 

 

Curing blindness for all big and small, 

Coming up with solutions to solve them all, 

 

He traveled the world because it was right, 

Because of his beliefs he worked day and night, 

 

Creating a foundation for others in need, 

To help donate to those who plead, 

 

He refused the award Order of Australia, 

And he researched all eye disorders even Amblyopia, 

 

Born in New Zealand and raised in Dunedin, 

His dream to be a minister was conquered by medicine, 

 

Seeing blind indigenous people started it all, 

Making him see that their healthcare was far too small, 

 

The man that we speak of is who all people follows, 

It is of course, Fredrick Cossom Hollows.
